MedRemind offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis as specified during the upgrade process.
Generally, all payments are non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under certain circumstances, such as technical issues that prevented you from accessing premium features.
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@medremind.com within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include your account email and transaction details.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, your account may be suspended.
