We retain your personal and health data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the application settings or by contacting us at support@medremind.com.
Once you request deletion, we will remove your information from our active databases within 30 days. Some information may remain in our archived backups for a longer period due to technical limitations.
Please note that deleting your data is permanent. We will not be able to recover your medication history or health metrics once the deletion process is complete.
We reserve the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for more than two years.
